This requires the development of all the detailed functional descriptions, programming of the 10 PLC’s, and 10 OIT’s along with the all of the HMI and reporting development. The HMI system has 6780 tags and is iFIX based. |

Design and full implementation of the Woodcliff, 8th Street PS and 61st Street PS SCADA systems based on Allen-Bradley processors. The communication path utilizes a 4 wire full duplex voice grade line. Supervisors dial in remotely using PC emulation software.
Complete reconstruction of the 61st Street pump station control and emergency power back up system after an auto accident destroyed the station. This contract was conducted on an emergency basis. Morehouse acted as general contractor to complete the work quickly. |

Central Plant Effluent Pumping Station: Implemented consultant’s design to build a pump station control system. This system is triggered by a high flow condition which will then divert flow into storage tanks.
Northern Pollution Control Facility, System Integrator for the entire plant monitoring and control system. Included 7 MODICON PLC control nodes all communicating on a MODBUS + protocol. All plant Joint Meeting of Essex and Union Counties: Design of a plant wide fiber optic backbone with a forty camera Ethernet networked digital camera surveillance system.control strategies were conducted through these PLC’s.
Coordinated, configured, installed, and started power management and emergency power control system for the CWPCF. |

A few projects:
Supported the design and then built the control and 300 AMP power system for a 250HP pump, using a dual source system, one source was conventional 480VAC, 3 phase utility, the other was 550VDC solar electric. As part of this project a switching DC/AC combiner box was developed to allow the solar source to switch between feeding a power inverter to the 250HP VFD pump drive.
Developed a SMART card reading system and water flow meter to allow local water dispensing in rural poor areas of the world. Six solar powered prototypes were installed in the Philippines the summer of 2001. |
