ENGINEER

 

Qualifications:

Engineering degree or Equivalent Experience in Controls / Programming.
Experience: 5+ years experience in a Controls/Programming in a Manufacturing Environment.
Solid communication skills and ability to work effectively with others.
Knowledge of water treatement and processing equipment functionality & ability to understand operations of automated equipment.
Ability to review control designs for custom applications.
Able to demonstrate good troubleshooting skills.
Able to develop and trouble shoot customized PLC and HMI programs using Rockwell Software, Wonderware, Intellution and Cimplicity.
Fundamental understanding of industrial computer communications and network implementation; Ethernet, Modbus, ControlNet, DeviceNet, Foundation Fieldbus.
Demonstrated ability to read/understand/develop engineering documentation, including P&ID’s, Functional System Descriptions (FSDs), Loop Diagrams, Electrical Schematics, Installation Qualification/Operational Qualification/ (IQ/OQ) manuals, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and general technical
analyses/memoranda.
Proficient in AutoCAD for electrical and mechanical drafting.Proficient in PLC applications, using Allen Bradley, GE, Modicon, Siemens.
